haven been very tired this week.. cause the entire week everyday is bball-ing..
monday wed fri training..
tues and thursday got match..

tuesday we played against guangyang secondary..
one word, disappointing..
think prob is our 1st match.. thus we were all very nervous..
coach say we only used like 20-30% of our skills..

it was only our last quater we played good..

training today was sort of like a torture today..
due to the rain, for warm-up we ran 10 rnds inside the sch.. which is abt 7 rnds around the sch.
den we did 3 sets, 500 skipping
after that we went to dry the court..
did shooting.. must score 300..
den rain.. so we went to do physical stuffs.. which made my muscles damn sour..
did 100 situps, 100 pumping, 100 'pullup', 100 step up and down and 100 jumping..300 skipping..
hmm.. den we needa score 500 layups, right hand.. sprint lehh.. if we run slow.. we need to restart.. and we restart twice.. so agaaga we did 550-600.. very xingku..
den coach ask us to run 10 rnds inside the sch again... 0.0
so its like.. [ 7rnds arnd of sch = 600m times 7 = 4.2km]

plus all the runnings all tt.. we ran like 10 km today.. 0.0

oh wells.. yesterday went to dunman secondary for friendly match. we won them 58-42. coach is kinda crazy you know.
he asked us to run at dunman's sch field . which is prob about 4-5 basketball court size. 10 rounds leh. imagine.. 40-50 rounds of court..
coach is crazy =X .. after match somemore.. when all of us are so damn freaking tired..
but we managed to run finish .. suprisingly.
we did walk tho.. sometimes when we cannot tahan.
